Running
is the most accessible of aerobic sports. You can run anywhere without
fancy equipment. Running and walking can be incorporated into any
routine and can be done by people at any level of fitness. They don't
require much equipment, just a good pair of running
shoes and some motivation. I run almost every day. I consider it as a
life discipline from the last 20 years.
